Rodney Bryan Pratz brings a lot to the table. Not only does he work at Tulsa Winch Group, a Dover industrial products company, but he also devotes much of his time to The DREAM Institute – an organization he co-founded. Helping the disadvantaged and those dealing with learning and physical challenges is important to Rodney because he grew up with ADHD and dyslexia challenges. He didn’t let these challenges create too many obstacles though as, among other things, he went on to write a book – Amazing Achievers: Living Your Purpose While Overcoming Adversities. He says he feels privileged that OU President David L. Boren wrote the foreword for his book. Rodney is also a gifted sculptor.
