Halloween Blasts Off at The Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium

The Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium will be launching the Halloween holiday on Saturday, October 13. The museum’s Halloween Blast Off event will feature characters from the Star Wars franchise throughout the exhibit hall; along with special hands-on exhibits, crafts and a story time for younger guests.

Costumed members from the 501st Legion, Rebel Legion and Mandalorian Mercz Costume Club will be interacting with guests and providing photo opportunities. Guest will also have the opportunity to learn more about the real-life science behind the science fiction, including how lightsabers, artificial Intelligence and speeders & hover vehicles really work.

Guests are encouraged to visit the museum in costume and trick-or-treat among the exhibits. Costumed guests will receive a $2 discount on admission, and are asked to leave all weapon replicas and props at home.

Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium is the region’s hub of science based learning through discovery. Each year, more than 55,000 visitors pass through the museum to explore Tulsa’s rich aviation heritage and explore the correlation of science and technology with flight.
