 p>\n	 </p>\n<ul><li>\n		The Living Nativity is a walk through event comple
 te with animals and costumed</li>\n</ul><p>\n	characters inside a gambrel 
 roof barn at Shepherd’s Cross\, an authentic working</p>\n<p>\n	farm\, jus
 t north of Claremore OK on Scenic Route 66.</p>\n<ul><li>\n		Come to the f
 arm and enjoy the peace of a few hours spent in the country\,</li>\n</ul><
 p>\n	contemplating that original Christmas when the Christ Child was born 
 in a stable.</p>\n<ul><li>\n		Open the barn door and step back in time - s
 pinning\, weaving and wool working</li>\n</ul><p>\n	demonstrations through
 out the day. Watch as handmade evergreen wreaths are</p>\n<p>\n	created\; 
 enjoy a craft activity with your children\; enjoy a cup of complimentary</
 p>\n<p>\n	apple cider & cookies\; and enjoy a Christmas children’s audio-v
 isual program.</p>\n<ul><li>\n		This year the Living Nativity will feature
  three Dramatic Stories – one of the following stories told by a dramatic 
 storyteller each hour :\n		<ul style='list-style-type:circle\;'><li>\n				
  Elisabeth – the story of Christ’s birth from the perspective of Elisabeth
  (John the Baptist’s mother) – written & told by Betty Howard</li>\n			<li
 >\n				 The Inn Keeper’s Wife - the story of Christ’s birth from the persp
 ective of the Innkeeper’s Wife’s – written & told by Frankie Campbell.</li
 >\n			<li>\n				Menagerie at the Manger - the story of Christmas from the 
 animals at the manger – written & told by Linda Allen</li>\n		</ul></li>\n
 	<li>\n		Shepherd’s Shop will be open\, featuring a host of Made in Oklaho
 ma gift items\,</li>\n</ul><p>\n	paintings\, artwork\, and handmade crafts
  from over 30 local artisans.</p>\n<ul style='list-style-type:circle\;'><l
 i>\n		Farm fresh grass fed\, natural lamb meat is available.</li>\n	<li>\n
 		100% natural wool yarns and fibers are available\; processed at our own 
 mini-wool mill.  Shepherd’s Cross is an “eco-friendly” wool mill. </li>\n	
 <li>\n		A Fair Trade Shop that sells hand made products from missions\, an
 d returns 100% of the proceeds to those missions\, is a part of Shepherd’s
  Shop</li>\n	<li>\n		This is black walnut & pecan harvest season on the fa
 rm. Farm fresh black walnuts & native pecans will be available at down hom
 e country prices.</li>\n</ul><ul><li>\n		Enjoy watching the sheep resting 
 in the pastures\, as they did that first Christmas night.</li>\n	<li>\n		T
 he event is available free of charge. Donations are accepted\, and are tax
  deductible.</li>\n</ul><p>\n	Suggested donation is $3.00 per person.  Lar
 ge groups please schedule in advance.</p>\n<ul><li>\n		Journey with the Sh
 epherds – Hayride in the pasture - as they journeyed to see the Christ on 
 that first hallowed night.  Available every two hours ($5 per person\; can
 celled in inclement weather).</li>\n	<li>\n		Shepherd’s Cross is home to a
  non-profit Christian organization called Heart of the</li>\n</ul><p>\n	Sh
 epherd that hosts this event.  Shepherd’s Cross provides the farm\, animal
 s and</p>\n<p>\n	the barn for the event.</p>\n<ul><li>\n		The Living Nativ
 ity will proceed even in the case of inclement weather. All activities</li
 >\n</ul><p>\n	take place inside the heated Amish built gambrel roof tour b
 arn\, which houses some</p>\n<p>\n	of the animals as well as the wool proc
 essing\, farm museum\, games\, hands on</p>\n<p>\n	learning stations\, sto
 ry time and the gift shop.</p>\n<ul><li>\n		Shepherd’s Cross is an accredi
 ted Agritourism facility\, a Made in Oklahoma</li>\n</ul><p>\n	Company\, i
 s Animal Welfare approved\, and is a distribution site for the Oklahoma Fo
 od Co-op.</p>\n<ul><li>\n		If your family would like to participate in the
  Living Nativity please contact us. Shifts</li>\n</ul><p>\n	are for two ho
 urs\, throughout the day. Participants experience a memorable\, peace</p>
