The two day event includes an awards dinner followed by a full day of workshops and classes putting participants in contact with more than 30 distinguished authors, including National Book Award finalist Cristina Garcia, author of the bestselling novels Dreaming in Cuban and The Matador’s Hotel, and award-winning poet and teacher Aimee Nezhukumatathil, author of Lucky Fish and Miracle Fruit.
The University of Tulsa’s international literary journal, Nimrod, presents one-on-one editing sessions, master classes, readings and panel discussions on Saturdays.
